Netcoins Referral Program

The Netcoins Referral Program ("Program") rewards new users who sign up with a valid referral code or link, either from another user or directly from a Netcoins Canada (Netcoins Inc.) promotion.
Depending on the code used at signup, participants may be eligible for either:
- A randomized prize (up to $1,000 CAD), or
- A fixed lump sum reward,
All rewards are credited to the participants' CAD balance, not cryptocurrency.
How Does the Program Work?
When you sign up for Netcoins using an eligible referral link or code, you’ll receive a reward once you meet the referral criteria.
There are two types of referral promotions:
1. Variable Prize Contest
If the referral code qualifies for a variable prize, only the new user is eligible for a random CAD reward between $5 and $1,000.
A secure, auditable randomization process determines the value. While there are no fixed prize tiers, higher-value prizes occur less frequently, and the average awarded prize is expected to be around $17 CAD.
The referring user, if applicable, receives a fixed CAD reward as defined by the current promotion.
Quebec residents who sign up using a variable prize code are not eligible for the randomized prize. Instead, upon meeting all referral criteria, they receive a fixed reward of $20 CAD.
2. Fixed Lump Sum Promotion
Both the new user and the referrer receive a fixed CAD reward (e.g., $25), as defined by the applicable promotion.
In either case, eligibility requirements must be met before any rewards are issued.
Who Is Eligible?
To receive a referral reward, the new user must:
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (Quebec residents are eligible for fixed rewards only).
Be new to Netcoins (no prior or duplicate accounts).
Be the age of majority in their province or territory.
Complete identity verification (KYC) and remain in good standing with Netcoins Canada.
Fund their account with a minimum of $100 CAD within 7 days of registering.
Trade at least $100 CAD on the platform within 7 days of registration, unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility criteria may vary by promotion, and Netcoins retains the sole discretion to determine whether a user has fulfilled all of the requirements.
What Can I Win?
If you use a variable prize code, you may receive a random reward between $5 and $1,000 CAD, credited to your Netcoins CAD balance.
The randomized algorithm determines the prize value. Higher prizes occur less frequently, and the average prize is approximately $15 CAD.
Referrers (if applicable) receive a fixed reward as defined by the promotion.
Quebec residents using a variable prize code will instead receive $20 CAD.

Submissions will be reviewed for eligibility. Processing may take up to 90 days.
Limit: One no-purchase submission per person. You must have a verified Netcoins account in good standing.
How and When Will I Get My Reward?
After meeting the eligibility criteria, Netcoins will review your account activity to verify compliance with the promotion.
If approved, the reward is usually credited to your Netcoins CAD balance within 10 business days.
You will receive email confirmation once your reward is issued.
Skill Testing Requirement
To comply with Canadian law, Netcoins may require recipients of a variable prize to correctly answer a skill-testing question (unaided and within a time limit) before the prize is awarded.
Other Key Rules
All rewards are issued in CAD, not cryptocurrency.
Only new users can receive a variable prize. Referrers receive a fixed reward.
Users referred directly by Netcoins (e.g., through ads) qualify under the same structure as user-to-user referrals.
Each promotion may have unique terms—please review them when signing up.
Netcoins may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time before a user qualifies.
Once eligibility is confirmed, Netcoins will honour the promotion’s terms, unless disqualified for fraud or violation.
Netcoins reserves the right to deny or reverse rewards if misuse, fraud, or eligibility violations are detected.
All inquiries or disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the end of the applicable promotion.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.

Netcoins Rookie Season Jersey Giveaway
The Netcoins Rookie Season Jersey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is a promotion run by Netcoins Inc.(“Netcoins”). It is separate from the Referral Program’s reward structure above, and no referral rewards are issued as part of this Giveaway.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs from November 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET to December 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).
No Purchase, Deposit or Trade Necessary
You do not need to deposit funds, make a trade, or hold a balance to enter or win.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter, and each gives you the same chance of winning:
- Sign up: Create a new Netcoins account during the Giveaway Period using an eligible giveaway link or code, and complete identity verification (KYC).
- Enter without signing up: Complete the entry form at netcoins.com/giveaway. Creating a Netcoins account is not required.
- Limit: One entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Who Is Eligible?
To enter, you must:
- Be a resident of Canada, excluding Quebec
- Be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence
- Not be an employee of Netcoins Inc. or Surge Digital Inc., or a member of their immediate family or household
What Can I Win?
There are two (2) prizes available. Each prize is one (1) Toronto Maple Leafs #92 jersey, with an approximate retail value of $250 CAD. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How Are Winners Selected?
Two winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on Monday, December 7, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Skill-Testing Question and Winner Confirmation
Selected entrants must respond by 11:59 p.m. ET on the Friday following their selection (December 11, 2026 for the initial draw). If a selected entrant does not respond by this deadline, answers the question incorrectly, or does not return the signed form, the prize will be forfeited. An alternate entrant will then be drawn the following Monday, under the same timeline.
Other Key Rules
Netcoins may modify, suspend, or end the Giveaway at any time if it cannot be run as planned, subject to applicable law.
Netcoins reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms.
Personal information collected is used only to administer the Giveaway, in accordance with the Netcoins Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
